The noise from nearby trains could be an annoyance for those with front-facing rooms!!! Some room sizes felt cramped, especially for two guests!!!

Krakow magic 🌟✨
The location is just perfect! Near the old town and the station-couldn't ask for more. The staff were like chommies, always ready to help. And the brekkie? Lekker! A fab mix of Polish foods, made my mornings so much better.
Only downside was the noise from the trains. It could get a bit much sometimes but I had ear plugs so I managed.

Fresh food for excellent and great breakfast with excellent coffe. Unbeatable location, within walking distance of a medieval Gothic gate tower. Next to a train station in the nice enough area...

Thank you for a good stay. The hotel is fantastic, has pleasant views and wonderful location near to the train station and old town, the city centre and bus station and the main square. The personnel is accommodating and exceptionally nice. The building is absolutely fantastic and the rooms are well-appointed. Welcoming service, the breakfast is generous and delicious. They provide wake up service and ironing without charge too. The lobby bar is nice, loved this place.

Family with children will love it
The staff was extraordinary! They even surprised my mother-in-law with a little gift, this was the first family vacation for her and she was overjoyed! Our room was immaculate and had the best view we've ever had, wake up and see the city come to life.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the value was clearly there.

Perfect spot near old town!
This place was such a steal! Location was super close to the main square, just a short walk. My room was huge and cozy, perfect for resting after wandering Krakow. The staff were really friendly, too! The only thing is, the breakfast could use a bit more variety to spice things up.

I loved that the staff helped me with my Polish and switched to English when needed. Having parking right at the hotel was a huge plus! The rooftop terrace and the cozy lounge were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was that my Comfort Double Room felt a bit snug for two, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😄

The hotel sits in a prime location, an easy walk from the central train station and right near the old town. I had a Beautiful Double Room that boasted a beautiful view, and the decor was quite modern. The room included a nice sitting area and clean amenities. One downside I encountered was the noise from the trains passing by. It could be bothersome at night, especially since my room faced the tracks. The staff was attentive and helped me with check-in even though I arrived early. Breakfast was a highlight-plenty of options, though the prices seemed a bit steep for what was offered. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the hotel's cleanliness. Just keep in mind the limited shower facilities in some rooms. Mine had a deep tub without a shower, which took some getting used to.

The hotel impresses with its cleanliness and proximity to the city center. Staff warmth stands out-each interaction felt personal, and they adeptly accommodated my language needs. Breakfast features good European food, though the limited options could be expanded to cater to varied tastes. The room's temperature control was ineffective initially .

Just a prime choice for a weekend stopover in Krakow with good value considering price it charged. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot to relax after a long day exploring the city. Don't miss out on checking the local transportation options to save time getting around.
